Artist The Magic Kingdom

Artist The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Florida has retained its position as the world's most popular theme park, according to figures released this month by the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA).

The huge park welcomed 16.9 million visitors in 2010, according to the annual report from industry body TEA, a fall of 1.5 percent on the previous year's figures but still around one million more than the world's second most popular park.

Disneyland in Anaheim, California, welcomed 15.98 million visitors, while Tokyo's Disneyland welcomed just under 14.5 million, a rise of nearly 6 percent on 2009.

Attendance at the world's theme parks grew by 1.8 percent in 2010 according to TEA's figures, although the growth in the numbers showing up at Asian theme parks well outstripped that, up 7.3 percent from 2009.

The organization praised the "remarkable" success of Universal Studios' Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which lifted attendance at Universal’s two parks in Orlando by more than 1.7 million visitors last year.

However, the growth was nowhere near enough to threaten Disney's position as the king of the global theme park world - over 120 million people visited Disney parks last year, far ahead of the 41 million which visited the next largest park operator, Merlin Entertainments (which runs Legoland parks, British attractions Alton Towers and Chessington World of Adventures and Madame Tussauds).

While Asia showed strong growth, TEA noted that development in the Middle East had lost its industry boom status, although the opening of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi was recognized as one bright spot.

When it came to water parks, the region performed much better, said TEA, with Aquaventure and Wild Wadi, both in Dubai, among the world's 20 most popular water parks.

Artist Shag

Artist Shag to make two Disney World appearances The artist known as Shag will be making appearances Friday and Saturday in connection with his works that commemorate the 40th anniversary of Walt Disney World.

Shag — also known as Josh Agle — has a retro-pop styling to his work, which includes an interpretation of a map of Magic Kingdom as it was in 1971.

Elements from the Shag prints will be incorporated into other merchandise. Look for T-shirts, postcards, glassware, coasters and a charm bracelet with Shag's signature look.

He also has created art specifically for the Disney Dream cruise ship.

Shag will be at Magic Kingdom's Main Street Gallery from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday (note that regular theme-park admission required for this one) and at the Art of Disney store at Downtown Disney from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. A previous Shag appearance drew a crowd, so plan accordingly.

Tante Girang The formula to calculate drug dosages and IV drip rate

Tante Girang The formula to calculate drug dosages and IV drip rate

Drugs and measuring the size information
The part about the drug dose is based on the book Henney CR et al, 1995, Drugs in nursing practice, 5th ed (Churchill Livingstone, Edinburgh) and formulary book from Harvard M 1994, A nursing guide to drugs, 4th ed (Churchill Livingstone , Edinburgh), quoted with permission. The introduction of metric measures in practice medic has changed the way to express the dose and concentration of the drug, the patient data (including height, weight and body surface area), drug levels in the body and the results of other measurements.

weight loss
Unit weight is the kilogram (kg) consisting of 1000 grams (g); every gram is composed of 1000 milligrams (mg). Each is composed of 1000 micrograms milligrams (1.4g or mcg).
If the drug is prescribed in doses of micrograms AWL, this unit should be fully written, eg. Digoxin 250 micrograms, because abbreviations such as tig or mcg in practice can be confused into temporary mg mg dose a thousand time bigger so bring consequences that could harm. Drug doses are often expressed in dose units per kg body weight, eg. mg / kg, micro g / kg, etc.. Dose method is often used in pediatrics and allows dosing are made in accordance with the size of the individual patient.

volume
Liter unit volume is expressed by the symbol 'l' A liter consisting of 1000 milliliters (ml). The symbol 'l' or `ml 'is used in almost any size in unit volume for writing prescriptions and drug administration.

concentration
There are several ways that can be used in expressing concentrations of a drug dose of a liquid:
Unit weight per unit volume
This method describes the unit weight of a drug contained in unit volume, eg. 1 mg in 1 ml, 2 mg in 1 ml of 40 mg in 2 ml, and so on. Examples of drugs commonly expressed in this way are: injection diazepam 10 mg in 1 ml mixture of 1 g of chloral hydrate in 10 ml suspension Penicillin V 250 mg in 5 ml.

Vigilance Tante Girang Use of Opioids

Vigilance Tante Girang Use of Opioids The use of opioids should be done with caution, especially in the following circumstances:
- Decreased respiratory reserve:

for example in asthma, obesity, kyphosis (excessive spinal curvature), diseases of muscles or nerves (eg in disseminated sclerosis). Providing opioid Enerupakan contraindicated when there is a rise in intracranial pressure or the concentration of carbon dioxide (pCO3) as seen in severe respiratory disease.

- At the age, general state of decline or malnutrition, higher doses of the head is necessary because the standard dose
would cause excessive side effects. For example, a 40-year-old patient who may require half the dose of analgesic required by patients aged 20 years (Twycross, 1994).

- Pre-existing hypotension can worsen so that endanger patients' lives, such as after hemorrhage.

- Excessive Sedation and coma can occur because the administration of opioids to pregnant mothers who suffer from hypothyroidism, or Addison's disease.

- Meperidine (pethidine) and propoksifen is a type of opioid most often cause convulsions on repeated administration. Exacerbation of seizures can occur if there is fluid retention after the administration of oxytocin.

- Depressant effects caused by opioids in the CNS would complicate any increase in intracranial pressure (eg after a stroke or seizure eclampsia) and aggravate respiratory depression and obscure the vital signs. Respiratory depression because of opioids will lead to retention of carbon dioxide that will bring back any increase in intracranial pressure and increase cerebral ischemia and seizures.
- Provision of opioid with a reduced dose is required if the liver or impaired renal function, for example in pre-eclampsia.
- The possibility of paralytic ileus.
- A history of allergy to opioids.

Tante Girang Analgesics Perifer

Tante Girang Analgesics Perifer Classification Chemically, peripheral analgesics can be divided into several groups, namely:

a. paracetamol. b. salicylate: asetosal, salisilamida and benorilat c. prostaglandin inhibitors (NSAIDs): ibuprofen, etc. d. derivatives-antranilat: mefenaminat, glafenin. e. derivatives-pirazolinon: propifenazon, isopropilaminofenazon and metamizol f. Other: benzidamin (Tantum)
Co-analgesic efficacy is a drug and its main indication is not banish pain, eg. antidepresiva trisiklis (amitriptyline) and antiepileptika (carbamazepine, pregabalin, fenytoin, valproic). These drugs are used alone or combined with other analgesics in certain circumstances, such as neuropathic pain.

Use
These medications can relieve or eliminate pain without affecting the CNS or lose consciousness, also does not cause addiction. Most of these substances are also helpless antipiretis and / or anti-inflammatory. It is therefore not only used as a drug antinyeri, but also at a fever (a viral infection / germs, colds, runny nose) and inflammation such as rheumatism and gout. These drugs are often given for mild to moderate pain, which causes diverse, such as headache, teeth, muscles or joints (Rema, gout), stomach, menstrual pain (dystnenorroe), pain due to collision or accident (trauma). For the second last pain, NSAIDs are more feasible. In more severe pain eg. after surgery or fracture (broken bone), it works less potent.

* Power antipiretisnya herdasarkan heat stimulation of the central regulator in the hypothalamus, which causes peripheral vasodilatation (the skin) with the increase in spending a lot of heat that accompanied the release of sweat.

* Power-inflammatory (antiflogistis). Most anti-inflammatory analgesics have dava, especially a large group of substances prostaglandin inhibitors (NSAIDs, including asetosal), as well as benzidamin. Zatzat are widely used for pain accompanied by inflammation, Rheumatic Drugs.

* The combination of two or more analgesic often used, because there potentiation effect. Besides side effects, each of which is located in a different field, can be reduced, because the dose of each component can be derived. Combination analgesics with kofein and codeine are frequently used, especially in preparations with paracetamol and asetosal.

Side effects

The most common are gastrointestinal disorders, damage to blood, liver and kidney damage and allergic skin reactions. These side effects occur mainly on the use of old or in high doses. Therefore the use of anal-getika continuously is not recommended.

Interaction

Most analgesics strengthen antikoagulansia effect, except for paracetamol and glafenin. Both of these drugs in normal doses can be combined safely for a maximum period of two weeks.

Pregnancy and Lactation

Only paracetamol is considered safe for pregnant and lactating women, although it can reach the milk. Asetosal and salicylates, NSAIDs and metamizol can interfere with fetal development, so that should be avoided. From propifenazon aminofenazon and there has not been enough data.

Tante Amoy Girang Problems

Tante Amoy Girang Problems in the muscles of the body: Kram. Cramps or spasms often occur in skeletal muscle. They can accompany motor system diseases, metabolic diseases, such as uremia, tetanus, and run out of electrolytes, particularly sodium, potassium, and calcium.

Muscle cramps are often reported to occur at night or while resting, and can be caused by low blood sugar levels at night. Dehydration can also cause cramping. Cramps are involuntary spasm of specific muscle groups, which become hard and painful. There are at hetis, thighs, buttocks, or other muscle groups. Tetani: tetani is a state of intermittent spasms due to hypocalcaemia and hipomagnesemia. Hyperventilation can trigger this situation by lowering the serum CO2. Hypertrophy: Enlargement of each muscle fiber, as a result of hard work. Cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle can not be generations to meet rising demand. They adjust to the rear of each fiber. Atrophy: atrophy is the decrease in muscle mass due to decrease in the size miofibril. Muscle atrophy caused by aging process, immobilization (not used), chronic ischemia, malnutrition, and denervation (interruption of neural connections). Rigor mortis: Rigor mortis is a state of muscle contraction for 2-4 hours after somatic death. This situation lasted 48 hours, after which it began to limp (Autolisis).
