Tante Girang: Info Emma Watson The 22-year-old actress

Tante Girang: Info Emma Watson The 22-year-old actress Find out more after the jump. Emma Watson Round one. Harry Potter star, Emma Watson , has kicked off the fantasy franchise movie face-off by slamming the hugely popular Twilight movies for "selling sex".

The 22-year-old actress, who reprises her role as Hermione Granger in the upcoming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part I, condemned the rival franchise during a promotional tour of the movie.

Watson had been discussing the long-gestating romance between her character and Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) when she told OK Magazine, "This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated and it's been building up for eight films now. And Harry Potter is not Twilight, you know'. We're not selling sex." The actress went on to explain how uncomfortable the kissing scene was for her and Grint to shoot: "It was horribly awkward; we couldn't stop laughing," she said. "The nicest thing about it was, before we did it, we turned to each other and were like, 'God, this is going to be awful, isn't it?' but hopefully it will look good."

As yet, we wait for a response from the Twilight camp to Watson's comments. Not that we want to get involved but maybe they could accuse the Potter bunch of peddling black magic.

Tante Girang: Emma Watson's role

Tante Girang: Emma Watson's role as Hermione in the Harry Potter movie series may be ending, but her role as fashion "It Girl" is just beginning.

In This Photo: Emma Watson. Emma Watson dressed in Burberry arrives at the Burberry Prorsum Spring/Summer 2010 Show at Rootstein Hopkins Parade Ground during London Fashion Week on September 22, 2009 in London, England.

Emma, seen left at a London after party for the newest Harry Potter film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2, looks chic and stunning in a Elie Saab dress and Giuseppe Zanotti heels. Though the dress exudes utter sophistication in its silhouette, it's also very young and fun with the sheer front and shimmery detailing. We have loved watching Emma on her press tour and watching her and her style mature.

Tante Girang: Ellie Goulding tipped as 2010 breakthrough act

Tante Girang: Ellie Goulding tipped as 2010 breakthrough act Ellie Goulding, a 22-year-old who dropped out of university to pursue a music career, has been tipped as the breakthrough act of 2010 by industry experts in a highly regarded poll.
Goulding, whose music has been branded ''folktronica'', topped the BBC Sound of 2010 list which has previously heralded the careers of artists such as Adele, Mika and 50 Cent. She has already been named as the recipient of a Brit next month as the Critics' Choice for this year.

The list of promising music acts, who more often than not go on to chart success, is compiled with the help of 165 music experts including NME editor Krissi Murison, BBC Radio 2's Mark Radcliffe and Alison Howe, producer of Jools Holland's TV showcase Later.

Goulding, whose music blends traditional acoustic singer-songwriter style with electronica, said she was ''absolutely honoured'' after beating contenders such as Greek-Welsh pop singer Marina And The Diamonds and New York rock outfit The Drums to the top of the list. She continued: ''I didn't expect to get anywhere a few years ago. I didn't even expect to have a record deal, let alone be put in such a prestigious thing so I'm very happy. I think the list this year is great and I really believe in a lot of the acts.'' Goulding, from Kington in Herefordshire, learnt to play the guitar and write her own folk-inspired music at the age of 15.

It was when she was studying drama at university that she was exposed to electronic music and, with the help of chart act Frankmusik, who she contacted on MySpace, she developed her own sound which has been likened to the music of Imogen Heap and Lykke Li.

Since leaving university and moving to London she has released the single Under The Sheets, which made it to number 53 in the UK charts, and supported Little Boots - who topped last year's BBC Sound of 2010 list - on tour.

The list seeks to find the best, most exciting music acts which are still unknown to the British public. It is in its eighth year and previous winners have also included Keane and Corinne Bailey Rae.

Goulding's Brit prize also rewarded her potential as the newcomer most likely to find success this year. Since the Critics' Choice inception in 2007, it has been awarded to Adele and Florence + The Machine, who have both found major fame.

Tante Girang: Ellie Goulding – Under the Sheets

Tante Girang: Ellie Goulding – Under the Sheets Oh Ellie. If all pop music was like this, we’d all have to find something else to complain about.

She’s got one of the most fascinating voices I’ve heard in such long time, it’s sweet as can be but there’s just so much muscle to it. Under the Sheets is the latest Ellie Goulding track that I’ve had on repeat since it showed up on the Neon Gold blog this week, and as they say: This shit is for real. Stunningly produced by fellow Brit, Starsmith, there will be remixes on the way from Jakwob, Baby Monster, Theophilus London and others and if you haven’t seen it already, there’s an adorable teaser clip of the track here. The single will be available from November 9, at the Neon Gold Store.

Tante Girang: Television: 'SNL' repeat has Ellie Goulding

Tante Girang: Television: 'SNL' repeat has Ellie Goulding. Noah Wyle (left) and Drew Roy star in the sci-fi series "Falling Skies," which airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT on TNT.
MUST SEE IT: 'Leverage' and 'Falling Skies' 9 p.m. and 10 p.m., Sunday, TNT First, “Leverage” delivers an especially smart hour. The villain is a nasty political operative who stays in the shadows; Nate must make him famous, then bring him down.

And “Skies”? The first three weeks focused on Tom Mason (Noah Wyle), a former history prof fighting aliens. Now a key episode has great moments for Dr. Anne Glass (Moon Bloodgood), plus Tom’s eldest son and Lourdes, a tough teen who was rescued from a biker gang.

Tante Girang: Ellie Goulding - Prince William "Gushing"

Tante Girang: Ellie Goulding - Prince William "Gushing" Over Ellie Goulding Performance. Ellie Goulding, winner of the BBC Sound of 2010 poll, spoke recently to the Evening Standard about meeting Prince William for the first time backstage at Radio 1's Big Weekend in Bangor last May, and described him as "gushing" over the show.

Unbeknown to Ellie, Prince William and CATHERINE MIDDLETON were watching Ellie perform backstage, and after the gig, she was accosted by Tinie Tempah (who collaborated on the single 'Wonderman' with her), who introduced her to Prince William. "Prince William was just really gushing, and, like, "I really enjoyed the show." He is so nice, just genuinely the nicest human being." Following that meeting, Ellie received a surprise call from the Palace in February of this year asking if she would perform at the royal wedding. A representative for the Palace came over to America, where Ellie and the band were currently touring, and after listening to her and the band perform, the deal was sealed. She told the band a couple of days later. "And then we all just forgot about it because we had to focus 100 per cent on the task in hand, which was America. But when we got back, even though we'd just toured, we rehearsed for another week just for the wedding."

Ellie is off to America again soon, but after her return, and a well-deserved break, she plans to begin work on her sophomore album. "I've a feeling it will be less electronic and it is going to be darker," she grins. "A lot darker."

Tante Girang: The lovely Emma Watson

Tante Girang: The lovely Emma Watson had even less experience as she took on the role of Hermione Granger.

She had only performed in school plays. Aside from her Harry Potter work, she starred in the BBC1 production of Ballet Shoes and was also featured in the animated film Tales of Despereaux alongside Matthew Broderick in 2008. Watson was attending Brown University but is rumored to be taking a leave to begin at Worcester College at Oxford. The 21-year-old's elegant beauty has led her to several modeling contracts. She has recently worked with Burberry and has become the new face of Lancôme International. This summer she will begin filming for her new role in The Perks of Being Wallflower.

Rupert Grint also had no previous acting experience on screen. He applied for the role of Ron Weasley by sending a video of himself rapping to BBC1's Newsround. Through the years with Harry Potter, Grint assumed several outside roles including an appearance on Driving Lessons with Julie Walters in 2006. Currently, he is working on a small Norwegian war film in which he takes on the lead role.

The young cast and fans will likely shed a nostalgic tear during the end credits of the film. But rest assured it will not be the last we see of our favorite wizard trio!

Tante Girang: what The Future For Harry Potter Trio

Tante Girang: what The Future For Harry Potter Trio? The Harry Potter countdown is just winding down for us viewers, but the cast of HP7 have closed the door on their Harry Potter days when filming wrapped over one year ago.

It was one decade ago when we welcomed the young stars-Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint-into our living rooms and began this journey that would last eight movies. Having grown up right before our eyes, the cast admits it will be hard to move on. "I keep thinking next year we'll be back, but we really won't. It really is the end," Grint said. "I have felt a little bit lost without it, if I'm honest. It's not something you can forget about really. It's been my childhood and it's going to take a while for me to accept."

The 23 year old is not the only one to admit he will miss filming. In an interview with Larry King, Radcliffe opened up about his difficulty of moving on. The 21-year-old actor had only some experience on the big screen when he was casted as Harry. "I've had such an amazing time on Potter. It's been such an extraordinary experience to work with, essentially, the same group of people for 10 years. You develop such close bonds with so many people," Radcliffe said. "I cried, cried, cried, cried, cried - it was really emotional and overwhelming," Watson declared.

Radcliffe also admitted he was very emotional on the last day of shooting. Though it is definitely the end of an era for the Harry Potter cast and the fans, we can be sure to find more of the stars as they venture out into new projects.

Radcliffe is most known for his role as Harry, but he did not wait until the final installation to make aname for himself through other roles.

In 2007, Radcliffe starred in the London and New York productions of Equus on the big stage. The play was a received with great interest and later earned positive reviews on Radcliffe's performance. He appeared in several feature films and television shows while off the Harry Potter set as well. Currently, he is staring the Broadway production of "How to Succeed In Business Without Really Trying," alongside Rose Hemmingway and Mary Faber. The actors received rave reviews and the production was even nominated for nine Tony awards. Radcliffe has two films in the works and one of them was recently confirmed to be a comedy. Both films are set to release in 2012.
